“If you can list the f***ed up things that have happened in your life, and you’ve somehow made it past all of them, you’ve got something in common with every hero of every story. It’s not just what happened. It’s how much happened that should have broken you but didn’t. And because it didn’t—because you kept going—you’re now carrying something most people miss: earned strength. You’re still capable of making something extraordinary happen.”-Kat Williams

Every week I ask myself one question:

How do I convince these people of how brilliant, strong, and capable they really are?

People are amazing—but the accounting system we use to measure our strengths isn’t always working.

That’s why I created a tool called the Resilience Resume. It’s free, and the link is below. It exists for one reason: to convince you of how much of a badass you actually are.

This tool changes people. When you sit down and really write it out—all the grief you’ve carried, the betrayals you’ve survived, the impossible seasons you walked through and somehow kept loving and leading, you start to see it. Your life is not proof of failure. It’s proof of strength.

And maybe today, instead of being hard on yourself, you’ll ask:

What kind of person survives all that and still chooses to love anyway?

If you answer that honestly, you’ll realize something powerful. It’s the kind of person every story is secretly written about. The kind who’s not done yet.

The kind who still has something extraordinary left to create.

So don’t throw away your shot.

The world doesn’t need more perfect people.

It needs more people who’ve been through hell—and came back to the light.

Jordan
